These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pbvip platform, including all games, betting markets, account functions, promotions, and payment processing. Please read this document carefully before using any part of the pbvip service.
Before You Begin
Understanding Your Agreement with pbvip
By accessing, registering on, or using the pbvip platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pbvip platform.
pbvip reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account, and the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of pbvip following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

What These Terms Are Designed to Protect
Each player may hold only one pbvip account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts registered with false details are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
Players must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical exploit to gain an unfair advantage. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or disrupt platform operations will result in account closure without notice or recourse.
pbvip processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Players are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited are from legitimate sources. pbvip complies with anti-money laundering requirements and may request documentation to verify the source of funds where necessary.
pbvip provides deposit limits, session reminders, temporary time-out, and self-exclusion tools. These are available to every account holder at no cost. pbvip encourages all players to use these tools proactively and to contact support if gambling is causing financial or personal distress.

Any dispute arising from your use of pbvip should be raised with our support team in the first instance. pbvip aims to resolve all complaints within five business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached internally, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure set out in these Terms.
Section 1
General Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the pbvip platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering and registered account holders who place bets, play games, or access any service offered by pbvip. By using any part of the pbvip platform, you acknowledge and accept these Terms in full.
pbvip operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. The platform offers cricket betting, live casino games, slot titles, and fishing game formats. All services are provided subject to these Terms, and pbvip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any service at any time without prior notice.
The English language version of these Terms is the authoritative version. In the event of any conflict between this document and any translation or summary, the English language version shall prevail.
- Platform access: pbvip is accessible via web browser on desktop and mobile devices. No app download is required to use the platform in full.
- Service availability: pbvip targets 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
- Currency: All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and bet amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
- Communication: pbvip communicates with account holders via the email address provided at registration. Players are responsible for keeping their contact details current.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are written in English. The English version is the sole authoritative text governing the relationship between pbvip and its players. No Bengali translation, summary, or paraphrase of these Terms creates additional rights or obligations.
pbvip may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms take effect on the date published. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Section 2
Account Registration
To access the full range of pbvip services — including placing bets, playing casino games, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to eligible adults residing in Bangladesh.
Registration Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must provide your real full name, date of birth, and a valid email address.
- You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number for SMS verification.
- Only one account per person, household, device, and IP address is permitted.
- You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify pbvip immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Verification Process
pbvip applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to all accounts prior to the processing of the first withdrawal. Verification may also be triggered at deposit or at any point where pbvip has reasonable grounds to confirm a player's identity.
Accepted verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may be requested in the form of a utility bill or bank statement issued within the previous three months. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pbvip may result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete.
Section 3
Age Restriction & Eligibility
The pbvip platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Any person under the age of 18 is prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market on pbvip. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced at registration, at first withdrawal, and at any point where pbvip has reason to question a player's age.
In addition to the age requirement, players must meet the following eligibility criteria to use pbvip:
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
- You must not be acting as an agent for or on behalf of any third party.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of pbvip or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement currently in effect on pbvip.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
pbvip takes the protection of minors seriously. If pbvip discovers that an account has been registered by or is being used by a person under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. Any winnings accrued on an underage account are void and will be forfeited in their entirety.

We recommend that parents and guardians make use of internet filtering software to restrict access to online gaming platforms on shared or family devices.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
pbvip supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods designed to provide fast, convenient, and secure transactions for players across the country. All financial transactions on pbvip are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are protected by SSL encryption.
Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank.
- Deposits are credited to the player's account balance within 60 seconds under normal processing conditions.
- pbvip does not charge fees on deposits; however, the payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- Players may only deposit from payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
- pbvip reserves the right to return a deposit if KYC verification has not been completed or if the deposit is flagged by our fraud monitoring system.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider.
- Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before being eligible for withdrawal.
- pbvip reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
pbvip offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
- Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible account holders only. Accounts that have been flagged for bonus abuse, duplicate registration, or terms violations are not eligible for promotional offers.
- Expiry: Each bonus carries an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated free bets that are not used within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
- One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
- Game restrictions: Certain bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories (e.g., slots only, cricket betting only). Refer to the individual promotion terms for applicable game restrictions.
- Abuse policy: Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through arbitrage, matched betting on pbvip using multiple accounts, or any other strategy identified by pbvip as bonus abuse — will have their bonuses voided and their account reviewed for closure.
- Modification or withdrawal: pbvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of the change.
pbvip runs special promotions aligned with the Bangladesh cricket calendar, including BPL season, the IPL window, T20 World Cup fixtures, and cultural events such as Eid. Seasonal promotion terms are published separately on the promotions page and are subject to the general bonus rules in this section.
Section 6
User Obligations
As a registered pbvip account holder, you agree to the following obligations. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, account closure, or forfeiture of funds, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your pbvip username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. pbvip will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain credential security.
No Automated Play
You must not use bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the pbvip platform in a manner that gives you or any third party an unfair advantage. Automated play is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
Lawful Funds Only
You warrant that all funds deposited into your pbvip account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. pbvip reserves the right to freeze and investigate any account where the origin of deposited funds is in doubt.
Respectful Conduct
You must treat pbvip staff and other players with respect across all communication channels. Abusive, threatening, or offensive language directed at pbvip support agents or other users will result in immediate account suspension pending review.
No Collusion or Fraud
You must not collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, engage in match-fixing, or participate in any form of fraud against pbvip or other players. Such conduct will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
pbvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:
- Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
- Holding more than one account on pbvip.
- Use of automated software or bots.
- Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
- Attempted match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of gaming fraud.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
- Player-initiated self-exclusion request.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pbvip reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. If no breach is established following investigation, the balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part as appropriate to the nature of the breach.
Players who wish to close their pbvip account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two business days. Any eligible balance at the time of closure will be paid out to the player's verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing times.
Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity — defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity within that period.
pbvip will send an email notification to the address on file 30 days before applying the dormant account policy. Players who log in and complete any account activity within that 30-day window will have their account reactivated without any balance deduction.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pbvip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pbvip platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from platform downtime or technical failure beyond pbvip's reasonable control.
- Losses attributable to player error, misunderstanding of game rules, or incorrect bet placement.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
- Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain credential security.
- Changes to game rules, odds, or payout structures introduced by game studio partners.
- Loss of anticipated winnings, profits, or gaming opportunities arising from account suspension or closure in accordance with these Terms.
pbvip's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pbvip's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
By using pbvip, you acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent financial risk and that you may lose the funds you wager. pbvip does not guarantee any return on wagers placed. You accept that decisions to wager are made voluntarily and at your own risk. If gambling is causing you financial difficulty, please contact our support team or use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings.
